There is a recurring problem that is repeatedly seen in the indoor golf industry: world-class technology being let down by poor installation, generic design, and a lack of true end-to-end expertise.
A premium golf simulator – especially a Trackman system – is only as good as the environment it’s installed in. Yet too often, installations are treated as simple hardware setups rather than precision performance spaces.

Our History
When we entered the market in 2025, we identified a critical failure in the industry: there was no true turnkey provider offering a bespoke design and fit service for both commercial and residential performance environments. Clients were forced to manage fragmented suppliers, with no single expert accountable for the final technical result.
Kinetik Spaces was engineered to bridge that gap. We recognised we were in a unique position to transform the market by combining our technical fit-out expertise with the operational intelligence of our own business, 1IRON Indoor Golf.
By leveraging the data and real-world experience gained from running our own flagship venue, we created Kinetik Spaces to provide a unique insight into the mechanics of running a successful golf simulation business. We don’t just build rooms; we provide the blueprint for a profitable venture.
Today, we are a full turnkey installation specialist and Official Trackman & Zen Reseller, handling:

Meet our Team
Paul leads the strategic vision and overall operations of Kinetik Spaces, leveraging an established career in software. He has held multiple executive positions (including CEO), with international remits, driving innovation and growth for global clients.
Adam’s involvement with Kinetik brings with it a partnership with his bespoke joinery and furniture solutions business, Edward Williams. They are designing and fitting out spaces for some of the UK’s most prominent companies and premises, including Formula E, Revolut, Mercedes, Vodafone, Hyatt and Lloyds. This ensures our designs and fit-outs are at a different level.
As well as a qualified golf coach, Chris has extensive experience owning and building gym brands from the ground up. He brings unique expertise in creating and fitting out high-quality, engaging spaces, particularly in golf simulation. Chris runs the 1IRON Indoor Golf Venue.
Dan is the Marketing Director of Santander and sits on the Executive Committee of UK Advertising trade body ISBA. He is one of the top marketers in the country, featuring in Marketing Week’s Top 100 and Campaign’s Power 100 Hall of Fame. Dan leads brand, advertising, social media and customer engagement.
Dave provides invaluable guidance and oversight as Chairman, leveraging his extensive experience of business ownership, investments and technology to steer the company’s long-term vision and success.
