Phase One – Discovery & Scan
We start every project with a detailed site visit to fully understand your goals, preferences, and the way you intend to use your simulator space. We capture your room with millimetre-level accuracy, producing a precise digital map of the area.
This allows us to identify structural constraints, ceiling heights, and spatial opportunities right from the outset, ensuring that every subsequent design decision is informed, efficient, and tailored to your unique space.

Phase Two – Design & Visualisation
Once your space has been mapped, our designers create a full 3D model, bringing your simulator room to life before any construction begins. We meticulously calculate projection throw distances, viewing angles, lighting, and safety zones to ensure optimal performance, comfort, and safety.
This detailed visualisation allows you to experience your future simulator exactly as it will be installed, giving you complete confidence in the design.

Phase Three – Off-Site Fabrication
To minimise disruption, noise, and dust at your premises, we manufacture key components — including custom joinery, acoustic frames, and specialist fittings — at our dedicated Milton Keynes workshop.
This controlled environment allows us to achieve the highest standards of precision and finish, ensuring every piece fits perfectly when installed.
By completing as much work off-site as possible, we reduce on-site construction time and inconvenience, delivering a smoother, cleaner, and more efficient installation experience.
Phase Four – Installation
Our specialist fit-out team then arrives at your premises to bring the design to life. We carefully install the structural framework, precision-engineered acoustic treatments, and high-quality flooring, ensuring every element aligns perfectly with the 3D design.
Working efficiently and with meticulous attention to cleanliness, we minimise disruption to your home or venue while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.

Phase Five – Trackman Integration
Once the structural “shell” of your simulator is complete and every surface, panel, and treatment is perfectly in place, our team carefully installs the sensitive hardware.
This includes Trackman launch monitors, high-speed cameras, projectors, and other precision equipment, all integrated seamlessly into the build. Every component is calibrated for optimal performance, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and a clean, uncluttered appearance.
The result is a fully functional, high-performance simulator that feels effortless to use and visually flawless.
Phase Six – Calibration & Handover
At Kinetik Spaces, the installation isn’t complete until every detail is perfect. We meticulously calibrate your simulator system, testing every sensor, projector, and launch monitor to ensure total accuracy and reliability.
Once the system is fully optimised, we provide comprehensive training for you – or your staff – covering operation, maintenance, and best practices to keep your facility performing at its best.
